These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tickets Terminal website, mobile applications (if applicable), customer support services, and all travel-related services provided by us, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, rail and bus ticket bookings, holiday packages, travel insurance, passport and visa assistance, and other ancillary travel services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

- “Booking” means any reservation, purchase, or arrangement made through Tickets Terminal for travel-related services.

- “Supplier” means any third-party service provider, including airlines, hotels, rail operators, bus operators, tour operators, insurance providers, visa authorities, or other travel-related providers.

- “Traveler” means the person(s) for whom a Booking is made.

- “Travel Document” means any ticket, itinerary, voucher, confirmation, visa, passport, or other document required for travel.

- “Website” means the Tickets Terminal website located at www.ticketsterminal.com and any related digital platforms operated by us.
3. eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use our Services.
By making a Booking, you represent and warrant that:

- You are legally competent to enter into these Terms;

- All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current;

- You are authorized to make the Booking on behalf of all Travelers included in the Booking;

- You will ensure that all Travelers comply with these Terms and applicable travel requirements.
4. Scope of Services
Tickets Terminal acts as an online travel agency and intermediary between Users and Suppliers. We facilitate the Booking of travel-related services provided by third-party Suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tickets Terminal does not own, operate, control, or provide the travel services offered by Suppliers. The actual travel services are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions.
Our Services may include:

- Domestic and international flight bookings;

- Hotel reservations;

- Rail ticket bookings;

- Bus ticket bookings;

- Holiday and tour packages;

- Travel insurance arrangements;

5. Booking Process
5.1 Booking Confirmation
A Booking is confirmed only when:

- Full payment (or the required payment amount) has been successfully received by Tickets Terminal; and

- A confirmation email, ticket, voucher, or itinerary has been issued to you.
A booking request does not constitute a confirmed Booking until such confirmation is provided.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the Booking process is accurate, including:

- Traveler names (exactly as per passport or government-issued ID);

- Date of birth;
-
- Gender;
-
- Nationality;
-
- Passport details;
-
- Contact information;
-
- Travel dates and destinations.
Tickets Terminal shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation, denial of boarding, visa rejection, or additional cost arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5.3 Supplier Availability
All Bookings are subject to the availability and confirmation of the relevant Supplier. Tickets Terminal reserves the right to cancel or modify a Booking if the Supplier is unable to fulfill the requested service.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Pricing
The price displayed on the Website may include the base fare, taxes, service fees, convenience fees, and other applicable charges, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice until the Booking is confirmed.
6.2 Payment Methods
Tickets Terminal may accept payment through:

- Credit cards;

- Debit cards;

- UPI;
-
- Net banking;
-
- Wallets;
-
- Bank transfers;
-
- Other payment methods made available on the Website.
6.3 Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Tickets Terminal does not store your complete credit card, debit card, CVV, or internet banking credentials unless expressly permitted by applicable law and payment industry standards.
6.4 Transaction Charges
Additional transaction or convenience charges may apply for certain payment methods. Such charges will be disclosed at the time of payment.
6.5 Currency
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. For international transactions, exchange rate fluctuations and foreign transaction fees may apply.
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
7.1 Supplier Policies
Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective Supplier. These policies may vary depending on the fare type, booking class, travel date, and Supplier rules.
7.2 Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted through Tickets Terminal’s designated customer support channels or online cancellation system, where available.
7.3 Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved by the Supplier, will be processed after deducting:

- Supplier cancellation charges;

- Tickets Terminal service fees;

- Payment gateway charges;
-
- Taxes and statutory deductions, where applicable.
7.4 Refund Timelines
Refunds may take 7 to 30 business days or longer, depending on the Supplier, payment gateway, bank, and applicable regulations.
7.5 Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain Bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Such restrictions will be communicated at the time of Booking.
8. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements
8.1 Traveler Responsibility
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary Travel Documents, including:

- Valid passport;

- Visa;
-
- Transit visa;
-
- Government-issued identification;
-
- Vaccination certificates;
-
- Health declarations;
-
- Any other document required by the destination country, airline, or authority.
8.2 Passport Validity
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months from the date of travel. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with such requirements.
8.3 Visa Assistance
Tickets Terminal may provide visa assistance services; however:

- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority;

- Tickets Terminal does not guarantee visa approval;

- Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable even if the visa is rejected.
8.4 Denied Boarding or Entry
Tickets Terminal shall not be liable for any denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, or travel disruption resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid Travel Documents.
9. Travel Insurance
Tickets Terminal may offer travel insurance products through third-party insurance providers. Such insurance is governed by the terms, conditions, exclusions, and claims procedures of the relevant insurer.
Tickets Terminal acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the settlement of insurance claims.
10. Supplier Terms and Conditions
By making a Booking, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier, including but not limited to:

- Airline carriage rules;

- Hotel check-in/check-out policies;
-
- Baggage allowances;
-
- Cancellation and refund policies;
-
- Conduct rules;
-
- Health and safety requirements.
Supplier terms may be provided separately or made available through the Supplier’s website.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

- Make speculative, false, or fraudulent Bookings;
-
- Interfere with the operation of the Website;
-
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
-
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies without our written permission;
-
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Tickets Terminal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and design, is the property of Tickets Terminal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Website content without our prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tickets Terminal shall not be liable for:

- Any act, omission, error, delay, or default of any Supplier;

- Flight cancellations, delays, overbooking, or schedule changes;

- Hotel overbooking or service deficiencies;

- Loss of baggage or personal belongings;

- Visa rejection or immigration decisions;

- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events;

- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Tickets Terminal’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tickets Terminal for the specific Booking giving rise to the claim.
14. Force Majeure
Tickets Terminal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Earthquakes;

- Pandemics;
-
- Epidemics;

- Government restrictions;

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tickets Terminal, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Any claim made by a Traveler on whose behalf you made a Booking.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Marketing Communications
With your consent or where otherwise permitted by law, Tickets Terminal may send promotional emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or other marketing communications.
You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us directly.
18. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tickets Terminal is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of such third-party websites.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
19. Suspension and Termination

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiations.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

- The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

- The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

- The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
23. Compliance with Laws
Tickets Terminal endeavors to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including:

- Information Technology Act, 2000;

- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;

- Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
-
- E-Commerce Rules, 2020;
-
- Applicable aviation, railway, tourism, taxation, and travel regulations.
For international Bookings, Users must also comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country and relevant travel authorities.
